Candidates with interests in ethnographic and qualitative work are especially encouraged to apply. JOB DESCRIPTION A Ph.D. in management, organization studies, or other related field is required. Preference will be given to candidates with an ability to engage in high-quality scholarship and high-quality teaching, and have demonstrated interests in creativity, innovation, or leadership; how digital tools and technologies (including artificial intelligence (AI)) are transforming workplace dynamics, organizations, careers, and industries; social impact, sustainability and ethics in the age of AI; or leading and managing cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary teams . Candidates should demonstrate ability and willingness to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level. Compensation: Salary range: $135,000 - $145,000 per year. Salary is based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity.
