Job Duties: Welcome customers and ensure they receive prompt, courteous and effective service Interact with customers via phone or in person to determine service needs and prioritize required services Use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers Provide administrative support to Service Advisors Follow up with all service customers when their assigned advisor is absent Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of skills needed to become a successful advisor Complete and maintain all company and dealer training requirements for the advisor position Education and/or Training: High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work within a team Valid driver’s license and a good driving record Relevant Work Experience: 2+ years’ experience in administrative services or related fields #LI-GC1 INDRA At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
