When the Store Manager is away, you’ll confidently step in to guide the team and keep the store running smoothly. Customer Experience Welcomes customers and supports the team with real-time coaching. Maintains a customer-first mindset and stays aware of market and in-store trends. Operational Excellence Leads merchandising execution and uses sales insights to guide floor decisions. Ensures policies, inventory controls, and loss prevention practices are followed. Creates schedules aligned with business needs and supports expense and inventory oversight. Contributes to planning and shares customer insights and opportunities. Guarantee high visual merchandising standards aligned to company guidelines. People and Culture Recruits and onboards talent; supports succession planning and performance decisions. Motivates, coaches, and recognizes the team to drive results and growth.
