Negotiate and manage contracts, rate cards, renewals, service levels, and commercial terms, creating clear agreements and working practices that protect the business and support consistent delivery. Use spend data, cost models, and total-cost analysis to identify savings and productivity opportunities, develop sound business cases, and make value delivery visible through accurate tracking and reporting. Coordinate priorities across countries, functions, and business units, aligning stakeholders and suppliers so sourcing projects move forward smoothly and operational needs are supported. Monitor market developments and bring forward supplier-led ideas, helping simplify processes, improve workflows, and introduce practical innovation across the logistics network.
