Rather than delivering one-off analyses, we build sustainable, scalable, and reusable technology solutions that empower our clients long after our engagement ends. As an Associate, you will be a key builder and problem solver. You will work across a flexible delivery model—ranging from configuring industry-leading enterprise platforms to developing tailored software and data applications using modern tech stacks (including AI/GenAI). This position is open to fresh graduates, as well as early-career professionals with up to 2-3 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Reusable Solutions: Build robust, scalable tools, pipelines, and applications that clients can run independently. Support Solution Delivery: Assist in configuring enterprise platforms or writing code to build tailored, business-facing applications. Leverage Emerging Tech: Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities, automation, and modern data architectures into client deliverables. Bridge Business and Tech: Translate complex financial, transactional, or business challenges into logical technical requirements. Ensure Quality and Handover: Write clean, documented code and configurations to ensure seamless client handovers. Requirements: 1. Education & Background: Bachelor's Degree: Preferred majors in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business/Finance with a strong technical track. Strong Interest in Financial Tech: A keen interest in sitting at the intersection of business, finance, and technology. 2. Core Technical Skills (Must-Haves): Programming & OOP: Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles using languages such as Python or C# (.NET Core) for backend logic and automation. Database & Querying: Strong foundation in SQL for data processing and manipulation. Version Control: Understanding of Git for collaborative code management. Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to dissect complex business issues and design logical technical solutions. 3. Growth Areas (Highly Valued / Great-to-Haves): Web-Based Solution Delivery: Exposure to APIs and web-app frameworks/architectures (e.g., MVC patterns, FastAPI, or basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript) to wrap data models into user-friendly interfaces. DevOps & Cloud: Basic awareness of deployment concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). Secure Coding: Basic awareness of secure coding practices and application security principles (ongoing guidance and training will be provided). AI & GenAI: Curiosity about or hands-on experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, or vector databases. BI Tools: Basic experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. 4.
