Job Description:  Independently executing assignments or monitoring the assignments  Assisting clients in addressing compliance and operational risk  Responsible for overall project delivery in according with PwC guidelines & methodology  Supporting the engagement manager in planning and scheduling of engagements  Support supervisors in business development initiatives on new/existing client engagements by gaining access to key contacts & preparation of proposal  Support supervisors in developing marketing material, and new solution development  Assisting team members in developing technical and professional competency. Coach, train, and supporting Consultants and Experienced Consultants in the team  Develop strong working relationships with client and onshore client teams  Ensure compliance with risk management strategies and engagement documentation  Effectively delivering tasks on projects as guided by the management team  Meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround time and company policies. Technical Skills:  Demonstrate good understanding and knowledge of applicable laws under different sets of regulations and support in compliance audits / reviews / risk assessment engagements  Support in drafting of compliance framework, processes, SOPs, etc. for domestic as well global compliance functions  Demonstrate good understanding of automated solutions, and support in automating the critical business process starting from Business requirement gathering to Implementation and post go-live support.  Other applicable common laws (e.g. Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, Finance Bill 2022 latest amendments, Income Tax Act 1967, Companies Act 2013, etc.) Soft Skills:  Clarity of thought, articulation, and expression  Takes ownership, sincere and focused on execution  Confident and good verbal communication skills  Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines Mandatory skill sets-Compliance Preferred skill sets-Compliance Year of experience required-1 to 3 Years Qualifications-Any Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Standards Compliance Optional Skills Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
