Working closely with leaders, we help turn bold decisions into confident brands that stand out far from the middle to create momentum and drive demand. We work with brave organizations, from early-stage start-ups like Heart Aerospace and Källa to established brands, like Zalando, Scania, Nike, Meta, and Minecraft. We’re also a founding member of Eidra, a collective of specialist companies, so you’ll have management consultants, digital experts, and product innovators down the hall. To support your professional development, you’ll have access to a personal development coach, courses in emerging fields like generative AI and GEO, and regular peer feedback on every project. Benefits include 30 days’ vacation, a wellness allowance, private health insurance, an occupational pension, and a phone and laptop. You’ll also work from our award-winning office at Grev Tureplan. How to apply Send us your resume and a short letter introducing your background. In it, please cover two things: Something you’ve noticed recently that you haven’t been able to stop thinking about, whether it’s a brand, a cultural evolution, a behavioral shift, a product, or something you overheard. What caught your attention, and what do you think is really going on underneath it? Every brand strategist needs to be curious, analytical, and a good communicator. That’s the baseline. What’s the thing you bring that isn’t on that list? Tell us about one moment where it made the difference. Keep the letter to one A4 page at most. We’re reading for how you think and how you express yourself — so give us your own thinking, in your own voice. We’d much rather read something genuinely yours than something perfectly polished by AI. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until November 1, 2026.
