Minimum of a good first degree from a reputable tertiary institution, 5-10 years in the above functions in a well structured Consultancy practice Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts Strong business development skills with a track recor of converting prospects to paying clients Experience in executing HR/training/financial advisory projects Excellent communication skills-written and verbal Good people skills We are a well known consulting practice with first class strategic alliance, with head office in Lagos.
