Our Digital Tax team comprises both Tax and Technology subject matter experts, working in tandem to transform and automate business processes across areas such as corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and goods and services tax. Using a combination of off-the-shelf applications and bespoke products, we provide effective digital solutions to enable data-driven insights and ease the burden of manual processes so that efforts can instead be channelled into navigating the modern-day Tax landscape. You will work as part of a team that develop s applications for internal as well as clients ’ use . This role offers exciting exposure to cutting-edge technologies, helping to shape the future of digital tax solutions and make a real impact . Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to : Agile in c ollaborat ing with diverse stakeholders through various project phases including identify ing opportunities for process improvements and undertaking risk management checks . Take charge to drive his/ her own technical skillset learning/ improvement (whether through learning curriculum provided or on the job), to a ctively contribute to systems design, implementation and documentation activities , attend ing to both business and technical considerations. Contribute to project planning and execution ensuring project objectives are met. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Contribute to training on digital tools , skillsets and processe s, including provide guidance to team members to collectively deliver on work project. Provide L1/L2/L3 support to end-users including troubleshooting and contributing to knowledge bases. Value add in to delivering high-quality work that aligns with project scope, schedule, and budget. Education Recognised university degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline. Fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply. Skillset (Note: Experience obtained through internship s will be considered) Hands on experience in C#, .N ET , .NET Core and/or MVC in a multi-tiered architecture and object-oriented development environment. Experience/ Proficiency in databases, both relational and NoSQL. Experience/ Proficiency with RESTful web services and consuming data from APIs. Experience / Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform. Ability to troubleshoot application systems independently and be an effective team player. Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies . Experience/ Proficiency with LLMs, Open Source, Big Data, Machine Learning, or other numerical programming framework is a plus. Experience / Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, Microsoft Azure, Alteryx or other programming languages is a plus. Worked with version control tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub and CI/CD pipelines is a plus . Knowledge in designing or maintaining workflow processes in BPM. K2 or Nintex BPM knowledge is a plus .
