This business includes both the GTF and the mature engine platforms, including engines for the V2500, PW4000, PW2000, GP7000, JT8D, and Pratt & Whitney Power Systems model engine programs. What You Will Do: This is a customer facing role providing transactional support across all aspects of the P&L, including negotiating complex commercial agreements with customers and airframers globally, providing program support, advising on regulatory compliance and communications with customers, airframers, regulators, and program partners. *This role includes opportunities for international travel (approximately 20%) to support our global business, along with meaningful on-site collaboration with our team in East Hartford, Connecticut—both now and as we grow together in the future. Qualifications You Must Have: Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) and 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including 5+ years of legal experience at a law firm including experience with commercial transactions, M&A, or strong litigation experience resolving commercial disputes Good standing with a state bar association and in-house counsel registration in a timely manner following hire U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites Qualifications We Prefer: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a solid executive presence Must be a strong leader and team player with excellent judgment and professional maturity Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and provide guidance and practical solutions to cross-functional projects effectively and on time Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision and to balance numerous priorities within compressed timeframes Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, in a fast-paced environment of rapidly changing demands Learn More & Apply Now: What is my role type? The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
