We’re committed to providing employees with a meaningful work experience and have established an award-winning culture that supports personal and career development in a fun, casual, and collaborative environment. **Who We Want** The Associate Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities team with maintaining an efficient and smooth operation of the office to create a safe, clean, functional environment. This includes minor maintenance, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy/space planning services, and implementing and managing safety and security policies, procedures, and equipment. ### What You’ll Do - Maintains physical space by ensuring employees have a safe, clean, and functional environment. - Perform minor maintenance and repairs as needed. - Ensures assigned site systems & equipment are in proper working order and available for use. - Performs routine interior walkthrough and site inspections to ensure Arrive’s Standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality are upheld. - Performs routine exterior patrol between offices. - Assists with site Shipping & Receiving services and applications. - Receives and processes Facilities tickets and requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. - Participates in emergency preparedness planning and ensures safety standards are followed throughout the facility. - Maintains inventory of supplies; reorders as needed. - Assists and tracks office space, completes team moves, and moves any ergonomic equipment and standing desks to ensure ease of transition for the employee. - Other duties as the Director of Facilities and the Leadership team assigns. ### Qualifications - Experience with project management, vendor management, security, or maintenance experience, preferred. - Able to communicate & collaborate effectively with members at all levels of the company. - Proven ability to prioritize and complete projects and objectives from start to finish in a fast-paced environment. - Normal mobility, manual dexterity, and normal visual & auditory ability. - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely utilize assisting devices for heavier projects. ### The Perks of Working With Us - Take advantage of excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage. - Invest in your future with our matching 401(k) program. - Build relationships and take part in learning opportunities through our Employee Resource Groups. - Enjoy office wide engagement activities, team events, happy hours and more! - Leave the suit and tie at home; our dress code is casual. - Work in the heart of downtown Chicago, IL! - There are CTA and L train stops walking distance from the office and you can store your bike safely inside of the building. - Sweat it out at the LifeStart gym in our office building that includes brand new Peloton bikes, top-of-the-line equipment and personal training options. - Maximize your wellness with free counseling sessions through our Employee Assistance Program - Get paid to work with your friends through our Referral Program! - Take time to manage your physical and mental health - we offer company paid holidays, paid vacation time and wellness days. - Receive 100% paid parental leave when you become a new parent. - Get relocation assistance!
