Position Overview
Putnam is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and proactive Associate Manager to support the management and execution of consulting engagements within its growing Specialty Practice. This practice leads strategy consulting projects across CVRM, Autoimmune, and Neurology therapy areas.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving project delivery, including issue identification, hypothesis formulation, workstream planning, analysis, synthesis of insights, and development of actionable recommendations. The role requires strong scientific and analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
As an Associate Manager, the individual will act as a central hub for engagement initiatives, providing thought leadership, guiding project teams, and ensuring alignment across workstreams. The candidate will also play a substantive role in client relationships, helping address client queries, manage expectations, and support successful project outcomes.
