**TL;DR** Kharon is seeking a full-time London-based Associate Product Manager. **Location:** London, UK **Annual Remuneration**: £65,000 - £80,000 salary and discretionary annual bonus **Pay Frequency**: Monthly **Probationary Period:** 180 days **Work Arrangement**: Hybrid, 3-days per week **About the Role**We are seeking an analytically minded and data-fluent Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our product team, supporting our Sanctioned Securities product. In this role, you will support our existing product suite while helping to scope and deliver new features. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on with complex, messy data, has a foundational grasp of financial and regulatory concepts, and can eventually represent the product directly to clients. You don't need a background in finance or software engineering — you need to be genuinely comfortable digging into data and translating complexity into something clear.
