You’re curious about how AI agents and platforms actually work, and how users actually use them You’re comfortable with ambiguity. You ask the obvious question rather than guess. You can hold the user problem and the engineering trade-off in your head at the same time You’re drawn to defining the problem, not just describing the solution Nice to have Exposure to enterprise software, IT operations, or technical delivery environments Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or similar tools Some background in design, engineering, or research Comfort sketching ideas quickly, including with AI tools like Lovable or v0 How we work We’re a human-centered product team.
