Support AI/GenAI pilots and adoption readiness (test plans, user feedback capture, documentation) to help move intelligent capabilities from prototype to practical use. Qualifications Required: Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, epics, or user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
