In this role you will conduct solid- and solution-phase organic synthesis in a high throughput format. You will work in a closely collaborative environment to synthesize small molecules to support platform-based drug discovery and iterative drug design in Terray’s pipeline. This role will report to the Resynthesis Manager at Terray. The core responsibilities of this position are: Following Standard Operating Procedures and laboratory safety standards to conduct high-quality and rapid high-throughput production resynthesis with automated integrations. Collaborating with both upstream and downstream stakeholders to execute synthesis schedules according to inter-team priorities and to follow up on compound deliverables. Partnering with R&D groups to adapt and screen high-throughput organic synthesis conditions. Executing frequent compound handoffs and follow-up experimentation, including alternative synthesis routes, for multi-step compounds. Ensure detailed documentation of experimentation, including experimental notebooks, synthesis metadata, inventory consumption, and final purified compound information. Experience and Qualifications: Part of Terray's success is nurtured by a hands-on work environment where everyone is accountable, vested in a vision of excellence, and actively taking part in the success of the business.
