How You will Make An Impact: SEO & AEO Audit Use SEO tools and content audits to assess site health, crawlability, metadata, structured data and AEO readiness. Identify opportunities to improve online SEO, answerability and content visibility across search and answer-led experiences. SEO & AEO Research Work with Marcom to plan keywords, meta tags and answer-focused content for new campaigns. Work with eMarketing and Product teams to understand key focus areas, user intent and common customer questions. Align with Marcom team on the SEM (search engine marketing) plan to leverage paid and organic search synergy. Keep up-to-date knowledge on search algorithm updates, generative search changes and new SEO/AEO methodologies. SEO & AEO Implementation Implement keywords, meta tags, structured data/schema, FAQ content and other SEO/AEO enhancements via CMS (Content Management System) interface. Optimise page content, headings and internal links so content is clear for search engines and answer engines. Schedule and follow up on technical enhancements with the online squad for more SEO/AEO-friendly implementation. Tracking Build the success metrics and work with the data team to measure traffic, rankings and answer visibility before and after implementation. Correlate traffic, engagement and sales results with SEO/AEO implementation. Adjust the implementation plan based on the results. Build the SEO/AEO dashboard to identify more opportunities. Skills for Success: Degree in Business or Information Technology. At least 1 year of SEO/AEO implementation or content optimisation. At least 2 years of web master/configuration support. Rich knowledge on SEO and AEO. Strong knowledge on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager). Understanding knowledge of online technology. Basic knowledge of metadata, structured data/schema markup and CMS publishing. Good understanding on the eCommerce and online business. Search intent, keyword and customer-question research.
