Associate/Senior Associate, Reporting, Corporate Banking, Risk Management Group

Job description

Business Function Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank's risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and analyse forecasting, budgeting and watchlist reports, delivering timely insights for management reporting and regulatory submissions. Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards to provide meaningful insights for management. Participate in system implementation projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities Implement procedures and internal controls over the preparation of management and regulatory reports Handle ad-hoc assignments when necessary Requirements Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, or related field, with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, preferably in reporting or risk management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and comfortable dealing with high volumes of data and numbers. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Location: DBS Asia Central Job: Analytics Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
