Veeva Systems is looking for a Release Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, motivated, and efficient. ### What You’ll Do - Work closely with Engineering and Technical Operations to support the existing release and change management process - Execute and manage deployment activities for each sprint - Work on CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, JIRA) on a daily basis - Communicating status and working with onshore managers and team leads ### Requirements - 1+ years of experience in software release engineering / test automation - Basic knowledge of Java, Object-Oriented Methodologies - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies (preferably in an onshore /offshore model) - Basic understanding Linux, scripting language (eg Python, bash, ruby, groovy) , CICD - Basic understanding of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI - Exposure to version control systems (Git) - Awareness of containerization tools like docker or AWS cloud platforms - Hands on with Jira & Confluence ### Nice to Have - Familiar with automated UI test frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber) - Experience working in the life sciences and healthcare industry - Experience working for a product-based company
