In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities Support Business As Usual (BAU) activities, managing system and application changes efficiently. Support application projects and drive system End-of-Support (EOS) and re-platforming initiatives. Design robust system platform architectures across Linux, Windows, and Middleware environments. Execute ISCD hardening across all systems to ensure a secure operating environment. Manage and maintain security patching for Linux, Windows, and Middleware platforms. Oversee the maintenance, management, and optimization of application tools. Design and implement automation scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention. Analyze, resolve, and implement solutions for Network Vulnerability Assessment (NVA) findings. Ensure all technology operations and deliverables strictly align with the bank's policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines. Requirements Demonstrated experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), system administration, or infrastructure operations. Proven expertise in system platform architecture design across Linux, Windows, and Middleware. Hands-on experience with system hardening standards (ISCD) and security patch management. Strong proficiency in automation script design using scripting tools and languages. Experience in managing application tools and supporting system EOS/re-platforming projects. Familiarity with identifying, fixing, and resolving Network Vulnerability Assessment (NVA) issues. Ability to support BAU changes and application projects in a high-availability financial environment. Deep understanding of technology risk management and compliance with banking policies.
