Company Description Job Description CANDIDATE PROFILE Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure automation roles • Expert-level proficiency in Terraform, including advanced features such as workspaces, remote state management, and module composition • Proven experience implementing automated testing frameworks for Terraform (e.g., Terratest) • Strong hands-on experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA) for policy-as-code implementation and enforcement • Demonstrated expertise with Harness or similar CI/CD platforms for infrastructure automation pipelines • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba Cloud) and their infrastructure products • Experience building and maintaining shared service platforms used by multiple teams at scale • Strong understanding of Git workflows, version control best practices, and GitOps principles • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex infrastructure issues Preferred Qualifications • Experience with multiple cloud providers and multi-cloud strategies • Knowledge of additional policy frameworks and security scanning tools • Familiarity with service mesh, container orchestration, or Kubernetes ecosystems • Experience with observability and monitoring tools for infrastructure • Background in security or compliance domains • Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects • Relevant certifications (e.g., HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate/Professional, cloud provider certifications) CORE WORK ACTIVITIES • Research, design, and engineer modules that are standards-based, highly available and secured, delivering the required business functionality and reusable at scale. • Educates internal and external users of the technologies to continually improve the knowledge and skill-base of the organization on how best to operate and support the infrastructure services. • Provides documents with a focus on how services will be leveraged in the solution architecture • Participates in the evaluation and selection of technology products. • Leads analysis of the current environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement. • Leads analysis of technology industry and trends to determine the potential impact on existing and planned architectures. • Implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks for Terraform code, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end validation • Develop and maintain Open Policy Agent (OPA) policies to enforce security, compliance, and governance standards as code • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Harness to automate testing, validation, and deployment of infrastructure modules • Implement best practices and standards for infrastructure as code, including module versioning, documentation, and release management Qualifications Additional Information
