Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNW) clients in the Semarang region, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Provide comprehensive wealth management advisory services, offering tailored solutions across investment, insurance, and treasury products. Achieve individual sales, revenue, and portfolio growth targets in line with the Consumer Banking Group's objectives. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to align client investments with their financial goals, risk tolerance, and market outlook. Collaborate with product specialists and support teams to deliver seamless financial services and solutions. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and internal bank policies. Requirements University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. Proven track record of success in wealth management, priority banking, or relationship management. Deep understanding of financial markets, investment instruments, insurance, and treasury products. Possession of relevant financial certifications, such as WAPERD and AAJI. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. Goal-oriented mindset with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
