We have have small & large animal ultrasound, cutting edge laser, and in house Idexx equipment, digital X-ray, a bovine and equine barn, acupuncture, and 8 exam rooms. Our doctors enjoy practicing medicine in a collaborative environment where they are empowered to make medical decisions, pursue professional interests, and deliver individualized care for every patient. **What You'll Do** - Provide comprehensive wellness, prevention, and diagnostic care for companion and large animals - Build lasting relationships with clients through education and compassionate communication - Perform general soft tissue surgery and dentistry (or receive mentorship to build these skills) - Develop individualized treatment plans focused on the highest standard of patient care - Collaborate with an experienced team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff - Utilize modern diagnostic equipment and evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes - Contribute to a positive, team-oriented hospital culture **Schedule**: 4-day work weeks with one weekday (Monday–Friday) off and two Saturdays per month from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. No after hours calls required. **Qualifications**We're looking for veterinarians who have: - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent) degree - Current (or eligible) Texas veterinary license - Strong foundation in preventive medicine and wellness care - Experience or interest in general surgery and dentistry - Excellent communication and client education skills - Passion for compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine - Collaborative, team-first mindset - Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced mixed-animal practice - Large animal work is not required New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship designed to help build confidence and clinical skills.
