Job Description Responsibilities This is a Treasury Sales role, managing a portfolio of the subsidiaries of US HQ-ed Commercial Banking clients based in South Korea Success is defined by new sales wins, revenue growth and retention within a predefined portfolio as a corporate sales consultant across treasury, trade and FX Engage key decision makers of the largest and most demanding clients and advancing relationships holistically, from initiating access and dialogue, to building material relationships and acting as a trusted advisor Work closely with the APAC Regional Treasury Sales team, other regions, and the GCB banking team to deliver solutions to our clients Pro-active approach to sales, sending unsolicited proposals, leading client engagement and pitches / presentations Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) Constantly review client names to ensure that the names achieve and maintain hurdle profitability levels Identify and implement revenue opportunities for names assigned via cross-sell opportunities through ongoing discussions with clients Coordinate with implementation and service teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction Ensure timely resolution of relationship-sensitive client servicing issues within the organization and act as the senior escalation point in relationship-sensitive key service issues Completion of ad-hoc projects related to the Global Commercial Banking business, or the larger Global Payments Solutions organization Requirements Relevant cash and trade sales or relationship management experience within a top tier international/ regional bank Familiarity with nuances of the Korean market, including applicable rules and regulations for foreign companies Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Korean Strong presentation skills Strong inter-personal and organizational skills Able to successfully develop and maintain collaborative working relationships Strong financial skills Knowledge of Corporate Treasury functions Strong client engagement skills with an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and growing business A team player who understands how to leverage various businesses functions/partners to drive business growth and support global client management and sales teams Willing to travel within the country and APAC Strong OA and AI skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, Salesforce, etc) Desired Skills: B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree Certified Treasury Professional Certification (CTP) or equivalent International Cash Management, Card Solutions, and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience Inclusive and Inspiring: Seeking motivating team players who value collaboration, hard work, and celebrating shared success Authentic and Passionate: Seeking highly engaged teammates whose intensity and intentions align with the work we are doing for our clients and in our communities Innovative and Curious: Seeking teammates with out-of-the box ideas and solutions, who embrace change with a future-forward mindset, and are looking to challenge the status quo Confident and Agile: Seeking strong, clear communicators who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, act decisively while being flexible and continuing to learn in the role Skills: Account Management Business Development Coaching Client Management Client Solutions Advisory Customer and Client Focus Critical Thinking Portfolio Analysis Presentation Skills Relationship Building Sales Strategy Collaboration Oral Communications Prioritization Prospecting
