CLASSIFICATION: Exempt - Independent Contractor (Non-U.S.), W-8BEN WORK SCHEDULE: Every Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. COMPENSATION RANGE: Base Pay: $7 per hour Commission : $40–$100 per closed agreement, depending on service type or contract size Bonuses : Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses for meeting or exceeding close-rate targets BENEFITS PACKAGE : Ineligible ANTICIPATED TRAVEL: None SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: The Athlete Representation Sales Consultant is responsible for converting qualified prospects—including athletes, trainers, and collegiate players—into signed representation or management clients. This role involves conducting structured consultations, presenting agency services, negotiating agreements, and guiding prospects through the onboarding process for career development, endorsements, NIL opportunities, and contract management. Success is measured by signed athlete agreements, partnership conversions, and onboarding quality. SCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct outreach and follow-up with inbound leads, referrals, and prospect athletes generated by marketing efforts. Hold discovery calls to assess athlete goals, competitive level, and representation needs. Present agency services, including athlete representation, branding, NIL support, sponsorship placement, and career management. Negotiate terms and finalize representation or partnership agreements with athletes and related parties. Maintain accurate records, communication logs, and deal stages within the CRM system. Coordinate with internal agency staff to support contract processing and athlete onboarding after agreements are signed. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for signed contracts and partnerships. UNSCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to urgent technical needs and issues as they arise. Participate in additional sales initiatives, campaigns, or training sessions as required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Primarily sedentary; prolonged periods of sitting, speaking on the phone, and working on a computer. WORKING CONDITIONS: Remote and/or in-office work with standard office hours and limited disruptions. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (neutral or North American accent preferred) Professional, confident, and consultative communication style Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet performance goals under deadlines Attention to detail with consistent CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline Understanding of sports recruitment, athlete branding, or NIL regulations is a plus (training provided). LEVEL OF EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Sports Management, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or client acquisition; background in sports, entertainment, or talent management preferred. BPO or outbound sales experience is acceptable, with the ability to quickly learn logistics terminology. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, or similar systems Reliable computer or laptop, headset, and strong, stable internet connection. PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs): Number of new clients or accounts signed per month. Lead-to-close conversion rate. Average revenue generated per closed client. Follow-up rate and accuracy of CRM records.
