What you will be doing Job Description As part of the Valaston audit team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting high-quality audit engagements from start to finish. Reporting to Audit Seniors/Audit Managers your responsibilities will include the following: Assist audit teams in performing audit fieldwork and procedures including preparing audit working papers and maintaining appropriate supporting documentation. Participate in risk assessment and internal control evaluation processes Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on alternative investment funds, fund management companies and investment holding entities. Work closely with experienced audit professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Develop an understanding of applicable financial reporting standards, audit methodologies and regulatory requirements.
