Position Summary:We are currently seeking a diligent and dedicated Auto Body Shop Detailer/Polisher to join our dynamic team at Urban Collsion Center. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and detailing vehicles post-repair to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence.Key Responsibilities: Cleans and details repaired vehicles, both inside and out, to prepare them for customer delivery Buffs and polishes surfaces using specialized equipment and materials to achieve a like-new finish Removes dirt, dust, and remnants of repairs from all areas of the vehicle Performs final quality checks to ensure all body repairs have been completed correctly and the vehicle meets company standards Inspects all repaired areas to confirm the quality of work and adherence to specifications Applies waxes and protective coatings as necessary to enhance the vehicle's appearance Ensures that all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition Communicates with management about any ongoing issues, missed damage, or concerns regarding vehicle quality Assists in maintaining a clean and organized workspace Performs other duties as assigned by management RequirementsQualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in automotive detailing, polishing, or a related field preferred Knowledge of various automotive cleaning, buffing, and polishing techniques Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining high standards Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license Must be at least 18 years of age BenefitsSick Benefits401KMedical, Dental and Vision BenefitsLife Insurance
