The Paintless Dent Repair Technician is responsible to ensure that store used car inventory is front line ready for resale maintaining company standards. • Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory instructions and standards • Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect. • Maintains Attendance and Punctuality • Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures. • Maintains a clean and organized work area. Keeps area free of debris • Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code • Repairs vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards • Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received • Notifies management of any additional repairs needed. Documents any additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair. • Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time • Maintains tools and equipment in a proper state of repair. • Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer. • Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials.
