That commitment has earned us a 4.6 average Google rating with over 3,300 reviews. Our shops handle everything from maintenance and alignments to major repairs, engine swaps, and transmission replacements. You’ll work on a variety of brands and have the opportunity to keep growing your skills in an industry that never stands still. We fully understand that the person we’re looking for likely already has a job. But if you’re reading this and don’t feel respected, treated fairly, or genuinely cared about where you are now, we need to talk. ### Why Join Mike's Automotive: - Competitive flat rate pay with strong earning potential - Full book time for warranty jobs - Service Advisors who can sell your work! - 5 day work week (Monday-Friday!) - No late nights or weekends - Well-lit, climate-controlled shops - Up-to-date tools and technology - Specialty tools provided - Tool reimbursement - Company-paid training and career development - Potential ASE reimbursement - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement plan with employer match - Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays - Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability - Short-term disability, accident, and critical illness coverage - Christmas Club program with company match - Company events - A team that values professionalism, respect, and doing the job right - Family owned! ### What We’re Looking For: - At least 5 years of automotive technician experience - Strong diagnostic and repair ability - Ability to perform thorough inspections and quality repairs - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record - Own tools required; specialty tools provided - Team player with a professional attitude - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
