AV Field Service Technician (LED / Video Walls)

**Position Title:** AV Field Service Technician **Location:** Mechanicsburg PA **Travel:** Local Travel Required **Overview** We are seeking an AV Field Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of professional audiovisual systems, with a focus on LED displays and video wall technologies. This role will work directly in the field supporting commercial and enterprise AV environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on AV experience and a strong technical foundation in LED display systems, video walls, and related AV hardware. **Responsibilities** - Install, configure, and service AV systems including LED displays and video walls - Diagnose and troubleshoot AV hardware, signal flow, and display issues in the field - Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades for installed systems - Work with project managers and installation teams to support system deployments - Ensure systems are functioning properly and meet client requirements - Document service work, troubleshooting steps, and system updates **Qualifications** - 2+ years of experience supporting professional AV systems - Hands-on experience with LED displays, video walls, or large-format digital displays - Understanding of AV signal flow, cabling, and system components - Ability to troubleshoot hardware and system integration issues - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in the field **Preferred Qualifications** - CTS certification or other AV industry certifications - Experience supporting commercial AV environments (corporate, broadcast, command centers, etc.) - Familiarity with AV control systems and networking fundamentals #LAT
