Responsibilities Execute and manage trades across multiple asset classes with accuracy and efficiency Comfortable dealing with clients who call into the desk to place orders Monitor and reconcile trade mismatches, identifying discrepancies and coordinating resolutions with relevant stakeholders Manage dealing operations during afternoon-to-midnight shifts, with flexibility to provide weekend coverage to ensure seamless trade execution, processing, and settlement. Maintain accurate trade documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with front office, trading, operations, and risk management teams to optimize dealing processes Handle ad-hoc dealing requests and support special projects as assigned Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in equities dealing or trading operations Strong ability to manage and transition between multiple asset classes simultaneously Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in dealing systems and trading platforms Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Available to work afternoon and late-evening shifts (up to midnight), with flexibility to provide weekend coverage when required.
