Resolve incidents within SLA timelines. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Support change and release management activities. Integration & Connectivity Coordinate with internal and external partners. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues. Work with firewall and security teams. Validate file transfer connectivity and communication channels. Monitoring & Automation Monitor system health and transfer performance. Create automation scripts for operational activities. Support batch scheduling and monitoring processes. Documentation & Compliance Maintain operational documentation. Prepare support runbooks and SOPs. Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities
Axway Administration & Support
- Administer and support Axway MFT and Secure Transport environments.
