Own and connect our digital channels across web, social, content, brand awareness campaigns, and analytics. That means building on what works while creating what comes next. A cross platform strategy will connect the website, search and social media. It will also connect digital campaigns. A new website will reflect who ILIAS is becoming. A stronger digital approach will help reach and engage audiences online. ILIAS is growing fast across the international defense market. Its software helps defense organizations create one trusted operational picture. It connects maintenance, logistics, operations and workforce readiness. Working from the same information enables better decisions, stronger collaboration and greater operational effectiveness. But that value can only influence how ILIAS is seen when the right audiences know what ILIAS makes possible. Digital marketing creates that visibility. Your Mission You turn ILIAS’ digital ambitions into a connected approach. It builds visibility, understanding and recognition across the market. This is a B2B brand awareness role. Success is measured in reach, recognition and understanding, rather than MQLs or traditional lead generation. You'll grow ILIAS’ digital presence by: • Developing and shaping a cross platform digital strategy that brings structure and consistency across channels. • Connecting channels so each one amplifies the others, where it makes sense. • Planning, building and optimizing paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads. • Creating channel specific content and designing on brand creatives for LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and the website. • Owning and continually improving the ILIAS website, including structure, content and conversion. • Evolving tracking and reporting to show performance within the constraints of a security sensitive audience. • Supporting major defense events with pre, during and post event content, often with partners such as Patria. • Reinforcing ILIAS identity and values through digital channels to attract both customers and talent. • Collaborating with other marketing team members to provide technical support and digital marketing expertise. • Partnering with Business Development, Sales, HR and external agencies to align content and approvals. The result is a stronger and more recognizable ILIAS brand. The right audiences find ILIAS and understand what its software makes possible. ILIAS stays top of mind. What You Bring You are a hands on B2B digital marketer who can think strategically and work confidently across channels. You can write engaging copy and create strong visuals. You know how to adapt ideas to different channels and audiences. You bring structure and can turn performance data into decisions that grow reach and strengthen visibility. You bring: • 5 to 8 years of B2B digital marketing experience, working across multiple channels with a track record of measurable improvement. • A creative marketing mindset and the ability to find new ways to build awareness with a cautious, security conscious audience. • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics. • Proven experience with campaign management, tracking and A/B testing or CRO. • The ability to create your own visuals and creatives using tools such as Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. • Excellent written communication skills in English. Clear, direct and free of jargon. • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and the ability to guide and advise when needed. • A structured approach combined with a willingness to do the work yourself. • Experience with analytics, CMS and website tools, and social platforms. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field is welcome. Relevant practical experience and demonstrated capability matter more. Marketing to security sensitive audiences is an advantage. Experience in defense is welcome. What matters more is your craft as a digital marketer and your ability to build visibility and recognition across channels.
