**Position Overview:** We are seeking a talented **Back End Software Engineer** to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in **Python** and experience working with **C# or Java**, enabling effective collaboration across diverse projects and technology stacks. This role involves working closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to deliver efficient and reliable software solutions. **Active Top Secret clearance or higher is required** ### Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient back-end systems and APIs. - Develop new features and enhance existing services using **Python** and **C# or Java**. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize applications for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability. - Implement and maintain database schemas, queries, and data models (SQL and NoSQL). - Ensure code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices. - Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Participate in architectural design discussions and technical decision-making. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
