The team focuses on **fraud prevention and case management**, with the challenge of scaling the automated resolution of fraud reports while maintaining the accuracy and quality of a human reviewer. As part of the backend team, you'll work on the **migration and orchestration of agentic processes** responsible for case resolution, building high-volume, low-latency solutions with **Java** in a near-real-time environment. The role involves working with **AI agents, MCP, multiple data sources and complex orchestration flows**, designing robust and scalable backend architectures.
