We’re looking for problem-solvers to turn powerful AI into an easy, no-code tool for teams everywhere. **Main Responsibilities** - Build and improve features that help our AI orchestrator deliver a personalized experience. - Write clean, reliable code with performance, scalability, and security in mind. - Work closely with other developers to design, build, and maintain our Go-based microservices. - Take end-to-end ownership of our services: from implementing them to deploying, monitoring, and improving them over time. - Work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and enjoy adapting, learning, and shipping solutions at high speed. **Core Requirements** - Experience in creating scalable, stable, and secure code with Golang, or with any of the following backend languages: PHP, Python, C#/.NET, Java, Kotlin - Experience working with distributed technologies and NoSQL databases, with a strong background in high-load applications and microservices architecture. - System design is nothing new to you - you're familiar with Domain-Driven Design principles and know what patterns to use when and why. - Passionate about secure, compliant backend architecture and technologies. - Comfortable balancing speed and quality in a startup environment. - A collaborative mindset where you love to discuss, rethink, and redesign your ideas that create shared success within your team and the company. **Tools You Will Use** - Go - MySQL - gRPC - Kubernetes - Kafka **Salary Range** - Gross Salary 3500 - 7200 eu/month. **What We Offer** - **Professional growth**.
