Responsibilities - Executing test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality and performance - Managing defect identification and resolution processes to enhance software quality - Utilizing automation testing tools to streamline testing procedures and improve efficiency - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project objectives - Implementing quality assurance best practices to maintain software reliability and compliance - Conducting performance testing to assess system capabilities under various conditions - Developing and maintaining test environments to support comprehensive testing activities - Analyzing test results to inform insights and recommendations for software improvements - Applying agile methodologies to adapt testing processes to evolving project requirements - Leading efforts in debugging and fault analysis to identify and rectify software issues What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Utilizing Acceptance Testing and Automation Testing methodologies - Excelling in Agile Program Management and Agile SDLC practices - Demonstrating proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) processes - Navigating complex banking and capital markets environments - Building meaningful client connections and anticipating client needs - Developing a deeper understanding of business context changes - Upholding professional and technical standards in client engagements Travel Requirements Up to 40% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
