Educates customers about the specialty drinks, coffees, and food items. Accurately enters sales orders into cash register and completes transaction for customers in a courteous and friendly manner. Assists in maintaining the highest quality and sanitation : ▪ Required: None ▪ Preferred: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: ▪ Preferred: 1+ years experience in food services, general cleaning, and sanitation OR previous experience as a Barista Skills: ▪ Must be 16 years of age or older ▪ Basic reading and writing skills and able to do simple math ▪ Excellent communication skills ▪ Able to follow directions and work together as a team player ▪ Able to stand for long periods of time ▪ Able to move quickly ▪ Excellent customer service skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
