This is a rare opportunity to help shape the membership foundation of a club. **Summary:** Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join the Food and Beverage team as a Bartender at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville. **Job Specific Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings with precision and consistency - Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests, anticipating preferences and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the club’s beverage program, including wine lists, spirits, and seasonal offerings - Ensure the bar area is impeccably clean, organized, and stocked at all times - Handle member interactions with professionalism, discretion, and a high level of service etiquette - Accurately process orders and payments through the club’s point-of-sale system - Collaborate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service during all dining periods and events - Monitor responsible alcohol service and adhere to all applicable laws and club policies - Assist with inventory management, restocking, and bar setup/breakdown for events and daily service **Qualifications** - Prior bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club preferred - Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits - Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Preferred Attributes - A hospitality-first mindset with a genuine interest in building relationships with members - Discretion and professionalism in handling high-profile clientele - Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support broader club operations
