## **Job description** **INTOWN GOLF CLUB LLC.****Bartender** Intown Golf Club is the premier private social club and lifestyle brand for people that appreciate the game of golf. IGC is seeking a bright mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends. For our bartender position, we're looking for a candidate who takes pride in offering our guests a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu, a warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. When you shine, our guests will look forward to relaxing with you after a long day at the office. **Bartender Responsibilities** - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks - Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails - Plan and present bar menu - Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age - Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience - Comply with all food and beverage regulations **Bartender Requirements** - 2+ years of experience in bartending. - Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks - Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean - Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy trays. - A friendly, attentive attitude. - Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food. - Must be the minimum age to serve alcohol. - A passion for providing customers with high-quality service. - Compliance with all local, state, and federal liquor laws. - Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends. **Benefits:** - Medical/Dental/Vision insurance - No Cost Teladoc Services (Mental Health Counseling/Dermatology/PT) - Paid time off - Employee discount Pay: $28.00 per hour
