In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the member experience—creating exceptional moments through great drinks, genuine hospitality, and effortless service. From crafting cocktails to maintaining a welcoming bar atmosphere, you’ll play a key role in making every visit memorable. Soho House offers a unique platform to grow, connect, and thrive within a premium lifestyle brand. **What you’ll do** - Serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (and food when required) - Prepare and maintain the bar to Soho House standards - Mix cocktails with confidence and consistency - Deliver warm, engaging service in a fast-paced environment **What we’re looking for** - Proven experience as a Bartender - A positive team player with strong communication skills - Flexible availability (evenings, weekends & public holidays) - Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic - Good English required (additional languages are a plus) 📍 Amsterdam | Flexible hours **Benefits** Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
