**Company:** Guiding Stars ABA, a Finni Health company **Location:** Virginia Beach, VA – Hybrid **Job Type:** Full-Time **Schedule:** Monday–Friday **Pay:** $85,000–$105,000 annually, based on experience Join Our Team Guiding Stars ABA is seeking an experienced and compassionate **BCBA Clinical Supervisor** to provide clinical leadership and support to our growing team. This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting high-quality ABA services, and helping build a collaborative, ethical, and family-centered clinical program. What You’ll Do - Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs. - Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to clinical staff. - Conduct and/or review assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and reassessments. - Maintain a manageable clinical caseload based on supervisory and organizational needs. - Monitor client progress, treatment integrity, and clinical outcomes. - Provide guidance and consultation on cases. - Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and medical necessity. - Support staff onboarding, training, competency development, and ongoing professional growth. - Promote compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, payer requirements, and organizational policies. - Collaborate with families, clinicians, schools, and other providers as appropriate. - Partner with leadership on clinical quality improvement and program development.
