職務概要 ブレーキシステム開発プロジェクトにおいて、技術面のプロジェクトマネジメントを担当するポジションです。 顧客要求の理解・分析から、設計、ソフトウェア開発、テスト、品質、開発プロセスまでを見渡し、プロジェクトマネージャー、アプリケーションチーム、ソフトウェア開発チームなどと連携しながら、開発を推進します。 また、顧客との技術的な調整や、社内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションを通じて、顧客の要望を具体的な開発成果物に落とし込む役割を担います。 このポジションで得られる価値（魅力） 海外拠点を含む社内外の関係者と連携しながら、ブレーキシステム開発を推進します。複数の拠点・専門領域をつなぎながら、プロジェクトを前に進める経験を積むことができます。 要求解析、設計、ソフトウェア開発、テスト、品質、プロセスなど、開発全体を見渡しながら、裁量を持って技術面のプロジェクト推進にかかわることができます。 車両の安全性に直結するブレーキシステムに関わり、システム・ソフトウェアの役割を車両レベルで理解しながら専門性を高めることができます。 顧客要求を正しく理解し、社内外の開発チームと連携して成果物に反映していく、プロジェクト上重要な役割を担います。 主な職務内容 ブレーキシステム開発プロジェクト管理 ブレーキシステム開発における技術面のプロジェクト管理 顧客要求の理解・分析、および要求解析から設計、ソフトウェア開発、テスト、品質、開発プロセスまでの進捗・課題管理 技術的なリスク、変更点、課題の整理および関係者との調整 開発スケジュールの管理・調整 プロジェクトマネージャー、アプリケーションチーム(車両適合エンジニア)、ソフトウェア開発チームとの連携による開発推進 顧客との技術調整 ブレーキシステム開発に関する技術的な論点の整理および顧客との調整 顧客要求、要望の理解および社内関係者への展開 顧客要求を開発計画・開発成果物に反映するための社内外調整 必要に応じた顧客との進捗共有、技術説明、課題フォロー コンポーネント開発推進・社内外連携 コンポーネント 開発チームとの連携による開発活動の推進 海外拠点を含む社内外関係者との調整および認識合わせ 品質・プロセス関係者との連携による開発プロセスの推進 関係者間の課題、優先順位、対応方針の整理 車両レベルでのシステム理解・開発推進 開発するシステム・ソフトウェアの役割を車両レベルで理解 ブレーキシステムとして求められる機能・性能・品質の把握 顧客要求と開発成果物の整合性確認 技術面からのプロジェクト推進および成果物品質の確保 Position Overview This position is responsible for technical project management in brake system development projects. The role covers a broad range of technical areas, from understanding and analyzing customer requirements to design, software development, testing, quality, and development processes. You will work closely with project managers, application teams, software development teams, and other stakeholders to drive development activities. You will also play an important role in translating customer needs into concrete development deliverables through technical coordination with customers and communication with internal and external stakeholders. What You Can Gain from This Position You will gain experience in driving brake system development while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including overseas locations. This role provides the opportunity to move projects forward by connecting multiple locations and areas of expertise. You will be involved in technical project execution with a high level of autonomy, while overseeing the overall development process, including requirements analysis, design, software development, testing, quality, and processes. You will deepen your expertise in brake systems, which are directly linked to vehicle safety, while understanding the role of systems and software at the vehicle level. You will play an important role in correctly understanding customer requirements and reflecting them in development deliverables in collaboration with internal and external development teams. Main Responsibilities Brake System Development Project Management Manage the technical aspects of brake system development projects Understand and analyze customer requirements, and manage progress and issues across requirements analysis, design, software development, testing, quality, and development processes Identify and organize technical risks, changes, and issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders Manage and coordinate development schedules Drive development activities in collaboration with project managers, application teams/vehicle application engineers, and software development teams Technical Coordination with Customers Clarify technical topics related to brake system development and coordinate with customers Understand customer requirements and requests, and communicate them to internal stakeholders Coordinate internally and externally to reflect customer requirements in development plans and deliverables Share progress, provide technical explanations, and follow up on issues with customers as needed Component Development Coordination and Internal/External Collaboration Drive development activities in collaboration with component development teams Coordinate and align with internal and external stakeholders, including overseas locations Promote development processes in cooperation with quality and process-related stakeholders Organize issues, priorities, and action plans among stakeholders Vehicle-Level System Understanding and Development Execution Understand the role of the system and software being developed at the vehicle level Understand the functions, performance, and quality required for brake systems Ensure alignment between customer requirements and development deliverables Drive the project from a technical perspective and ensure the quality of deliverables 必須要件 自動車、特にブレーキシステムに関する基本的な知識 基本的なプロジェクトマネジメントスキル 自動車関連開発プロセスに関する知識 社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、業務を推進できる方 高いイニシアチブと責任感を持ち、顧客志向・ターゲット志向で業務に取り組める方 ネイティブレベルの日本語力 ビジネスレベルの英語力 歓迎要件 ブレーキシステム、特に横滑り防止装置・電動ブースター分野での実務経験 V-Modell、アジャイル開発、ISO26262、ASPICE、DOORSに関する基礎知識・経験 問題解決能力 Required Qualifications Basic knowledge of automotive systems, particularly brake systems Basic project management skills Knowledge of automotive development processes Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and drive tasks forward High level of initiative and responsibility, with a customer-oriented and target-oriented mindset Native-level Japanese language skills Business-level English language skills Preferred Qualifications Practical experience in brake systems, particularly electronic stability control systems and electric brake boosters Basic knowledge or experience with V-Model, agile development, ISO 26262, ASPICE, and DOORS Strong problem-solving skills 【給与】 経験・年齢・能力を考慮の上検討 【勤務時間】 フレックスタイム制 (標準労働時間8h) 【待遇】 昇給年1回、賞与年2回 各種社会保険完備、交通費全額支給、施設/研修センター、契約保養所、他 【研修制度】 自己啓発プログラムサポート (語学研修、TOEIC、各種通信教育プログラム)、リーダーシップ／マネジメント研修、専門領域教育 など 【休日休暇】 週休2日制（土・日）、GW、夏期、年末年始 有給休暇（初年度17日、2年目以降20日を限度に毎年1日増加）、特別休暇、慶弔休暇、他 ボッシュエンジニアリング株式会社は、ボッシュ社の電子制御システムをベースとして、機能開発やソフトウェア開発、アプリケーションに対する個性的なソリューションを国内で提供するエンジニアリングサービスプロバイダです。また、ボッシュ社のモータースポーツ部門として数々のユニークな製品を提供しています。 Bosch Engineering K.K. are the engineering service provider which serves individual solution for function, software development and application based on Bosch electronics system to domestic customers.
