Behavior Consultant – LBS Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania Job Type: Full-Time (In-person, Community-Based) Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts Overview Paragon Behavioral Health Services, a division of Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavioral Consultant to provide community-based therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families impacted by trauma. This role focuses on strength-based, child-centered, and family-focused care that supports emotional and behavioral development. Services are delivered in settings such as homes, schools, and community locations, requiring flexibility and strong collaboration. Key Responsibilities Conduct clinical and behavioral assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide individual and family therapy aligned with treatment goals Deliver services in home, school, and community environments Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in treatment team meetings and care coordination Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in care Qualifications Required: Candidates must meet one of the following: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a closely related field with a completed clinical practicum Active Pennsylvania clinical license required LBS At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct service experience with children Valid driver’s license Ability to travel locally (100% travel required for community-based services) Preferred Experience Experience working with children and adolescents impacted by trauma Background in community-based or in-home therapy services Strong collaboration with schools and community partners Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account Paid Time Off and Parental Leave Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Work Location This is an in-person, community-based, school-based and client home setting position serving multiple counties in Pennsylvania.
