**Behavior Technician (BT) - Aldie, Virginia** **Company: Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company** **Job Type: Part-time** **Location: In-home – Aldie, Virginia** **Pay: $25–$28/hr (direct), $15/hr (indirect)** **Schedule: M-F 4:45pm-7:45pm** **Are you passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential and ready to make a meaningful impact?** **We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.** **About the Role** **As an BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.** **Key Responsibilities** **Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision** **Collect and record accurate session data** **Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals** **Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families** **Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education** **Qualifications** **Current RBT Certification (preferred)** **Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)** **Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)** **Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)** **Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)** **A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)** **What We Offer** **Competitive pay: $25–$28/hr (direct), $15/hr (indirect)** **Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification** **Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible employees)** **Consistent daytime schedule (Monday–Friday)** **Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization** **Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs** **Company-provided iPad** **Background Check** **All candidates must pass a background check.
