**Behavior Technician – Lexington, OH** **Company:** SparkJoy ABA, a Finni Health company **Job Type:** Part-time or Full-Time! **Location:** In-home and in clinic setting – Lexington, OH **Pay:** $17-$22 per hour **Hours:** - Monday - Friday: 3:30PM-6:30PM - We can also accommodate more hours if you prefer a full-time schedule! Enjoy free advanced training, ongoing BCBA support, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact. **Your Role:** - Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans - Teach communication, daily living, and social skills - Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs - Support families through parent training and consistent communication - **Work Environment -** This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory. **What You Bring:** - 1+ year experience with children - Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills - A passion for helping children grow and succeed - Reliable transportation to client homes in Lexington **Job Details:** - **Part-time:** 15+ hours/week - **Full-Time:** 30+ hours/week - **Pay:** $17–$22/hr - **Benefits:** PTO, professional development - **Training:** 40 hour online required once hired Join a company that values people over profit.
