**Help others live more independently and reach their goals Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm. 40 hours weekly.** A **Behavioral Technician** (*Internal title: Community Living Instructor*) provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in a residential or community setting. In this role, you’ll ensure the safety, well-being, and daily success of the individuals we serve. You’ll provide hands-on support with daily living skills, social engagement, behavior management, and more — all while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
