• Supervision: Lead and schedule bell staff for efficient operation. • Guest Assistance: Ensure timely luggage delivery and guest escort services. • Communication: Coordinate with front desk for guest requests. • Maintenance: Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the lobby area. • Training: Mentor bell staff on service standards. • High School diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in bell services with leadership duties. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Knowledge of local attractions and services.
