**Chapinero, Bogotá | On-site** At MAJORITY, we are looking for **Bilingual Customer Service Agents** to join our growing team in Bogotá. You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience across our support channels, solving customer needs efficiently, and identifying opportunities to offer additional products or services that bring value to our customers. We are looking for people who are customer-focused, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. ### What you'll do - Support customers across phone, chat, and digital channels in both **Spanish and English**. - Resolve questions, requests, and issues with empathy, accuracy, and ownership. - Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services through **cross-selling and upselling**. - Meet performance goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and commercial results. - Stay up to date on our products, processes, and tools to provide clear and reliable support. ### What we're looking for - **Fluent Spanish and English** with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Previous experience in **Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales, or Contact Center environments**. - Experience with **sales, cross-selling, or upselling** is highly valued. - Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and ability to understand customer needs. - Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership of customer cases. - Full availability to work **rotating shifts, including weekends**. - Availability to work **on-site in our Chapinero office in Bogotá**. ### What we offer - **COP 2,800,000 monthly salary** - **Indefinite-term contract** - Health, dental, and life insurance - On-site role in **Chapinero, Bogotá** - Growth opportunities in an international company At MAJORITY, we are international, ambitious, kind, and inclusive.
