We use internet and digital technology to make cross-border supply-chain logistics as simple and transparent as express delivery, and partner with leading carriers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk, and Sinotrans. **What you'll do** *Talent Acquisition* - Lead full-cycle recruiting for the warehouse operations team — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding. - Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast hiring needs and bring in top operational talent. *HR Operations & Compliance* - Own day-to-day HR operations: benefits administration, employee records, and HR documentation, with accuracy and confidentiality. - Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws, and keep HR policies current and consistently applied. *Employee Experience & Culture* - Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving workplace concerns effectively. - Drive engagement, recognition, and team-building programs that strengthen company culture. - Support employees in identifying career-development opportunities. *Office & Administration* - Oversee general office management, including supplies, facilities, and team events. **What you bring** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3–5 years of HR generalist experience. - **Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).** - Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to handle confidential information with discretion. **Compensation & Benefits** - Pay: **$70,000–$100,000/year**, depending on experience - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - 401(k) - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid sick leave - Visa sponsorship for qualified candidates
